Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Santa Maria, CA seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to greet and register patients, manage appointments and ensure families receive the correct forms and information before procedures.

You will escalate issues to the appropriate parties while supporting a fast-paced dental/medical office environment and the care team to deliver a smooth patient experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service in high-volume dental or medical office.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.

Preferred

• Strong background in patient care environment
