Mass General Brigham is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to support Everett Health Center. You will handle routine clerical tasks, schedule patient visits, greet and assist patients, and help with billing and records management.
The role requires 2–3 years of office experience, proficiency with Office Suite, and a CMAA credential is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Onsite daytime schedule with benefits is offered at 19 Norwood Street.
Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
