Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex scheduling for patients and providers across the practice.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical staff.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is completed appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to support cross-coverage needs and maintain smooth daily operations.
