• Minimum of 3 years of progressive analytics or operations experience in a contact center.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics, forecasting, and queue management for the Patient Service Center.
• Support ACD technology operations and workforce management tool configuration and scheduling.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and communicate trends and root causes.
