Job description

Under the general direction of Supv Therapy Services, performs a variety of office scheduling functions and related tasks as assigned. This position may require floating to other positions within the Healthplex on a short term basis relative to absences, etc.

Shift Details

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years General office experience which includes public interaction experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree: From an accredited educational institution.
  • Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
  • Experience with improving customer flow within a hospital or large physician practice.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
