Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Safety Observer for the Evanston Hospital on an as-needed basis. The role involves continuous observation of patients, maintaining safety, and rapid communication with nursing staff during day, evening, and night shifts.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication and multitasking abilities. This role supports patient dignity and confidentiality while assisting in the overall care environment.

• Care Companion class completion within two weeks of start date.
• CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Ability to read, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Basic computer proficiency.
