HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant to monitor patients remotely and protect those at risk of falls, injury, or self-harm. From a remote station, you will observe and report in real time to empower the care team and help improve lives with compassionate, vigilant care.

Your responsibilities include watching patients, identifying risks, documenting activity accurately, safeguarding privacy, and collaborating with the healthcare team to uphold a culture

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
• No experience required

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant, you will play a vital role in protecting patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. From your remote station, you will closely monitor their physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns in real time – empowering the care team to respond quickly and helping care for and improve lives one moment at a time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
