Job summary

Aramark is seeking an EVS Worker to clean and maintain assigned areas, helping meet patient and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes following safety procedures, complying with OSHA and local regulations, and delivering friendly, efficient service to customers, clients, patients, and co-workers.

Physical duties may include lifting, bending, walking, standing for long periods, and the use of PPE and uniforms as required.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures for a safe environment per OSHA, state/federal, and Aramark rules.
• Cleans patient/resident rooms including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, waste removal, and cleans restrooms.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Handles storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers; adaptable to customer needs.
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
