Ivy Rehab in Harrison, NY is seeking a Patient Representative to support front desk operations and deliver world-class patient care. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
