Job summary

ProMedica Urgent Care in Oregon is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist to obtain patient information, validate insurance, and receive/post payments. You will assist patients with general benefit questions and manage payments on patient accounts with attention to detail.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English. Preferred candidates have knowledge of health insurance plans and medical terminology. This is a full-time position at our Urgent Care locations.
