Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, ID is looking for an energetic and organized Patient Registration Specialist t to join the team supporting our Boise Hospital and/or Eagle ED!
As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will provide patient-focused customer service. You will support inpatient/outpatient registration and insurance verifications. You will be responsible for collecting financial payments and coordinating medical necessity for Medicare, pre-certifications, and referrals. You will also help provide general information and guidance to patients and guests of the facility.
These positions support registration duties for all areas of the Boise hospital: Emergency Department, Day Surgery, Imaging, Lab, Front Desk, Main, etc. They may also support registration for the Eagle ED. Shifts are weekdays, weekends, days, and nights. Flexible scheduling is preferred.
