The role greets patients and visitors, coordinates information flow, and supports front-desk operations at Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park, and Saratoga locations. Responsibilities include check-in/out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, records maintenance, supply ordering, phone handling, and data entry.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' work experience in a health-related area.
• Customer service experience preferred.
