Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• English proficiency is required.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous manner.
• Ensure patient/customer registration is accurate and timely.
• Data entry as needed for records and billing.
• Call clients to confirm orders and obtain billing information.
• Handle inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Collect payments when applicable and maintain records.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Assist with monthly statistics and basic clerical duties.
