HSHS is seeking a Registrar for our Family Internal Medicine clinic in Highland, IL. The successful candidate will register patients for outpatient services and inpatient admissions, providing a positive first impression of the local entity and expediting the admitting process.

Responsibilities include collecting insurance co-pays and deductibles at point of service and ensuring accurate patient data entry to support efficient care delivery. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
