Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a candidate to recruit and screen potential study subjects through calls and questionnaires. You will maintain the research database, update patient data, and ensure privacy and data accuracy.

Collaboration with CR Coordinators will drive scheduling and study support needs. The role requires experience in clinical or consumer recruiting and strong medical terminology knowledge to discuss trial details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Clinical Recruiting or Consumer Recruiting call center.
• Must be well versed in medical terminology and able to discuss the details of the clinical trial.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to recruit, screen, determine eligibility, schedule and follow up with potential study subjects.
• Interview potential study participants using study questionnaires in the database to actively recruit and screen participants.
• Maintain and grow the research database, update medical histories and patient data while ensuring privacy and security.
• Regularly communicate with Clinical Research Coordinators to support scheduling and study needs.
• Identify challenges or deficiencies and escalate to the Senior Patient Recruiter.

Job description

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls by using a Clinical research database to recruit, screen, determine eligibility, schedule, and follow-up with potential study subjects and responds to inquiries relating to advertising and referrals to research studies
• Interview potential study participants using study questionnaires in the database to actively recruit and screen potential study participants in accordance with each protocol
• Responsible for the maintaining and growing of our research database, including updating medical histories, updating the database with participant data and maintaining patient status, security and patient privacy
• Regularly communicate with Clinical Research Coordinators to access scheduling and study support needs
• Proactively identify project challenges, problems, and/or potential deficiencies and communicate these to the Senior Patient Recruiter

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Clinical Recruiting or Consumer Recruiting call center
• Must be well versed in medical terminology and have the ability to speak about the details of the clinical trial – some training provided
