Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager, Patient Assistance Programs, Operations & Analytics, to oversee PAP operations and vendor performance across Business Units. The role uses data to drive program strategy, forecasts, and executive reporting, while improving data quality and patient journeys.

The position collaborates with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure consistent program execution, risk management, and data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH or related).
• 6+ years of experience with Bachelors; 5+ years with MBA/MPH/master's; 1+ year with PhD/JD.
• Experience in patient services, PAP operations, healthcare operations, or analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards, forecasts, and leadership-ready reports.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization with Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PAP operations and vendor performance across Pfizer’s programs.
• Develop forecasting models for patient volumes, product demand, and budget planning.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, executive summaries, and recurring reports.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and variances; identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Validate data from multiple sources and address data quality issues.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support reporting for Pfizer governance boards and committees.
• Collaborate with Digital and Platform teams to improve enrollment and engagement.
