Patient Observer

The Patient Observer Per Diem will:

• Develop and maintain human relation skills.
• Maintain a safe environment.
• Document observations on the Special Observation Record as appropriate to age, growth and development, and orders.
• Collaborate with the RN pertinent aspects of care he/she is expected to perform.
• Participate in education and development.

Requirements:

• Level of maturity to maintain confidentiality, comport self professionally, with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent observation skills.

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
