CalvertHealth Medical Center in the CMC Emergency Dept is seeking a Patient Observer Environmental Tech (Part Time, Night Shift 7p–7a) to monitor patients requiring continuous observation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and to assist with environmental duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR and suicide precautions training, and preferred six months of related experience. This position offers benefits and a supportive hospital environment.

Job Summary :

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, receives report about the patient(s) who require continuous observation. Other duties will include environmental tasks.

Education :

Position requires a high school diploma or GED

Registration/Certification/Licensure :

CPR and suicide precautions training

Experience :

Prefer 6 months related experience

Other Requirements :

Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
