An established health system in Central Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Patient Safety Observer. The Patient Safety Observer provides continuous safety monitoring for assigned patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities include supporting patients with activities of daily living, engaging with patients appropriately, and documenting all care and concerns. Immediate reporting of issues to licensed staff is required.
