Compass Group USA’s TouchPoint Support Services is hiring Traveler Patient Observation Assistants to provide visual and audible observation for patients across multiple Ascension hospital locations. Positions available as full time or part time with rotating weekends and holidays. Training at Ascension All Saints Hospital—Racine will be provided, with assignments across Racine, Franklin, St.

Francis (Milwaukee) and Mequon campuses. Fixed pay rate is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Ability to travel reliably between multiple locations is required.
• CPR AED or BLS-HCP certification within 30 days of hire.

Job Summary

Job Summary:Provides visual and audible observation of assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and unit manager. This traveling role requires flexibility to float between multiple hospital locations based on operational needs.

Training

All new hires will complete training atAscension All Saints Hospital – Racine location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visually and audibly monitors the assigned patient's condition and behavior at all times.
• Completes observation reports at established interval.
• Honors all confidentiality and other regulatory requirements.
• Accepts and absorbs department and hospital education program.
• Assists other associates as necessary. Responds to direction as provided.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required
• Ability to travel reliably between multiple locations is required.
  Current CPR AED or basic life Support healthcare provider (BLS-HCP) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods. Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  One to two years of previous experience is preferred.
