Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers and keep the work area sanitary.
• Serve as cafeteria cashier.
• Stock deliveries and follow FIFO procedures.
• Document tasks and infection control forms.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and dietary policies and procedures.
• Provide training to dietary staff as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of department data.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
