Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of food service or customer service experience.
• Arizona Food Handler Permit or Arizona ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow healthcare foodservice standards, regulations, guidelines, and procedures including monitoring and maintaining food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage; avoid cross-contamination and ensure proper labeling and storage per guidelines.
• Prepare and serve food per menu and dietary requirements using kitchen utensils and equipment; respond to food allergy questions.
• Follow guidelines to ensure high-quality patient and customer experience; ensure proper meal portioning and aesthetically pleasing presentation.
• Support team members in all areas of food services including cashier, retail, stocking, cleaning, tray service, dishwashing, food storage and prep.
