HALO Precision Diagnostics in Parker, CO is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing with education, care coordination and specimen collection.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience, manage scheduling and follow-ups, and support insurance verification and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (front office or back office).
  • Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
  • Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
  • Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for genetic testing.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients and partner sites, helping guide individuals through education, scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.You will work closely with clinicians and operational teams to ensure high-quality care and efficient workflows across all partner locations.
