Job Summary

Job Overview:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with/monitor patients with a variety of medical and psychological issues,
• Supervising patients and alerting nurses or other healthcare professionals when needed,
• Provide emotional support to patients who may be in danger of harming themselves or those around them,

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS required through American Heart Association

Preferred

• Prior experience in patient care
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Schedule flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced department is strongly encouraged,
