Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in patient mobility and healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility tasks under clinical staff.
• Work with nursing, therapy and physicians for patient mobility.
• Document in EPIC and maintain records.
• Inspect, maintain and clean equipment; assist with supply procurement.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols on unit.
• Identify process improvements to support quality and safety.
• Support daily unit tasks and data collection for quality projects.
