Job summary

Corewell Health’s Nutrition Services team in Royal Oak is seeking part-time staff to support patient meal service. Responsibilities include answering phones in the call center, assembling trays, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, delivering and collecting trays, and managing stock.

Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow skills and advance. Daily duties also involve cash handling, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CRT-Work Permit may be required for student employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains serving lines, cleans and stores dishes, and ensures proper food storage.
• Delivers and picks up meal trays and assists with tray assembly per dietary standards.
• Operates cash register and handles payments accurately.
• Maintains sanitary conditions through daily cleaning routines.
