Job summary

Emanate Health in California is seeking a dedicated Food Services Worker to assist with meal preparation, distribution, and service for patients and employees. You will prepare and portion salads, desserts, beverages, and patient snacks, and help set up cafeteria service during each meal period.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, transporting nourishment orders, maintaining sanitation, and participating in cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training available; excellent customer service required.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred. HACCP Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, distribution and service of patient and employee meals.
• Prepare and portion salads, desserts, beverages and special patient snacks.
• Set up and breakdown of cafeteria food and supplies at each meal.
• Serve at steam table throughout the meal period.
• Wash dishes and trays and store for future use.
• Assemble daily nourishment orders and transport to patient areas.
