• Deliver meal trays to patients' bedsides.
• Assemble and toss fresh fruit or green salads using prepared dressings and portions.
• Work in one or more kitchen areas including food preparation, dish and pot washing, storage, and serving line.
• Sort, wash, peel and cut fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Operate and break down equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
