Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is hiring a Food & Nutrition teammate responsible for preparing, delivering and serving patient meals in a hospital setting. You will assist with stock, dining areas, and cashier duties to support patient and guest satisfaction.

Minimum 2 years in Food & Nutrition preferred; Food Safety Certification required within 6 months of hire; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Food & Nutrition experience preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals following quality and safety standards.
• Deliver stock to patient floor kitchens and assist in dining areas.
• Serve guests and maintain positive customer relations.
• Handle cafeteria transactions and cashier duties.
• Set up and serve meals for catering, Doctors Dining Room, and other outlets.
• Decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned.
• Support high-quality food preparation and service to enable coworkers.
