Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Food Service Associate at Burnet Campus to provide staffing coverage for Food Services, prepare, serve, stock and replenish food and beverages, and assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders.

This full-time relief role requires 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 10:30am-11pm, totaling 40 hours weekly, with mandatory every-other-weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing coverage across Food Services as needed
• Prepare, serve, stock, and replenish food and beverage items
• Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders when assigned
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards
• Support cash handling, inventory, stocking, and other operational duties as assigned
• Adapt to changing work locations, assignments, and departmental needs
