Job summary

Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a Part-time Food Service Worker to perform a variety of food service tasks including meal assembly, delivery, dishwashing, and related duties. You will read tray tickets, stock stations, and deliver meals to patient rooms on rotating shifts.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write English, and basic math skills. Three to six months of on-the-job training or prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and cleanup of tray lines assembly area including hot and cold items, silverware, dishes, napkins, salads, desserts, breads and beverages.
• Stock work stations with food, non-food items, and equipment as necessary.
• Read tray tickets and provide correct food items on assembly lines.
• Deliver meals to patients in their rooms and assist with any requests or concerns.
• Operate dishwasher and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment.
• Maintain tray delivery/pick-up schedules.
