Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a Patient Server to provide patient food service on assigned units, including tray assembly, delivery, and special requests. The role requires serving patients and ensuring dietary guidelines are followed, with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, operate hospital systems, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude delivering trays and assisting with menu selections.
• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Complies with dietary restrictions and allergies within diet orders.
• Assembles trays according to patient menu selections and tray tickets.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure diets and food needs are met.
