Serves as liaison to referring physician offices, other outreach hospitals, patients, and patient family members in an effort to provide a single point of contact. Greets and prepares patients for physician consults according to established protocols.Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.Working Relationships: Works directly with patients and/or customers.
