HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is seeking a Food Services Assistant to join our patient meals team. In this PRN role you will prepare a variety of foods and beverages for patients, follow established guidelines and production sheets, and assist with dish room duties and cleaning as needed.

You will work with a caring team, support cost control by reducing waste, and help ensure menus meet daily needs. A high school diploma or GED and some kitchen experience are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare various foods and beverages for patients.
• Follow established guidelines, recipes, and production sheets.
• Label, date, and store foods properly; assist with cleaning and dish room duties.
• Practice proper food handling techniques (gloves, handwashing, hair covering).
• Restock supplies and check daily menu needs for next day preparation.
• Help reduce costs by minimizing waste and overproduction.
