Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care, dispense prescriptions accurately, and counsel customers on health and medication needs. You will also administer immunizations and guide the pharmacy team to uphold safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and NABP licensure.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Active pharmacist license by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches.
