Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure required in district states.

• Immunization administration certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations, point-of-care testing, and MTM.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
