Qualifications

• 1+ years of law enforcement experience.
• 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience.
• 3+ years of security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies and access-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, directing individuals to appropriate areas and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal supervision.
