• Keeps Dietary department stocked with essential items.
• Operates dish machine according to procedures.
• Maintains records regarding patient diet information.
• Assesses safety risks and follows Infection Prevention standards.
• Maintains regular attendance and supports overall department effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
