Southern New Hampshire Health is hiring a Full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the 3 East unit in Nashua. Enjoy a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team focused on high-quality care for surgical patients.

The LNA will perform ADL assistance, maintain safe patient environments, document records, and contribute to efficient patient flow under the Patient Care Services team. Shift is 10a-6p, Monday through Friday, with benefits including health/dental/vision coverage and tuition

Qualifications

• Completed LNA program & active NH licensure; basic medical terminology.
• EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• ADL's and patient care assistance
• Maintain a safe patient care environment
• Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements
• Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated
