Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the patient experience from evaluation through fitting and long-term care
• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and interpret results
• Identify treatment options based on individual patient needs
• Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing devices
• Educate patients and families about hearing loss and communication strategies
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and provide follow-up care
• Maintain accurate clinical and patient records
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and the clinical team
• Engage in community and physician outreach when appropriate
• Reject high-pressure sales tactics and support informed decisions
