Aspen Dental is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional front-office support and patient care in Idaho Falls. You will join a supportive team and participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in the role.

You will handle scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and care in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
