Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to enhance the patient journey at a U.S. practice. You will handle daily front office duties, welcome patients, and support them through the scheduling and insurance verification processes, building trust and loyalty with patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
