Job summary

Baptist Health in the United States is seeking a Patient Experience Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients and families. This role connects patients to accurate information, greets visitors, and coordinates with departments to ensure a positive first impression.

Responsibilities include facilitating smooth patient flow, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent service standards while collaborating with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum required experience less than 1 year.
• High School Diploma, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish), computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel.
• Previous experience in customer services preferred.

• Uses strong communication skills to serve as liaison between patient, family and clinical staff.
• Seeks a satisfactory and expedited solution to a complaint, problem, or special need.
• Coordinates patient and guest services for reception area.

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.84 / hour depending on experience.
