Job summary

Miller’s Health Systems in Indiana is seeking a Life Enrichment - Activities Assistant to support patient satisfaction and well‑being. You will assist the Live Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities, and make one‑on‑one visits with patients to encourage participation.

You may interact with volunteers, coordinate transportation to events, and deliver friendly customer service in a professional manner during a full-time 8:30am–5pm shift with hourly pay between $13.75 and $14.50.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment process and screening.
• Able to pass physical examination.
• Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training.
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities.
• Make one-on-one visits with patients.
• Encourage participation in various activities.
• Interact with volunteers and coordinate scheduling as needed.
• Transport patients to events away from the facility when required.
