Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Nutrition Assistant to deliver safe, high-quality food services to patients and staff. You will prepare and deliver meal trays, assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety compliance while engaging with patients about dietary needs.

Qualifications

• One year of Food Service or Customer Service experience.
• Food Handler Permit: WA within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Follows standards for safety, temps, cross-contamination, labeling and storage of foods.
• Prepares and serves food per menu and dietary needs, recalls ingredients for allergy questions.
• Ensures high quality patient/customer experience with portioning and presentation.
• Assembling, delivering and retrieving patient trays.
• Performing general cleaning and warewashing duties.
• Supporting inventory and catering functions as needed.
