Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble meal trays, snacks, and nourishments per meal order or diet guidelines.
• Load and transport food carts, and deliver food to patient/resident rooms or designated areas.
• Clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and work area following sanitation procedures.
• Perform prep work such as washing and peeling of fruits and vegetables.
• Cut and portion desserts and restock food supplies per par levels and rotation.
• Serve cafeteria customers, cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow food handling procedures and monitor food temperatures for safety.
