Responsible for patient meal service on assigned units. This includes menu selections, tray assembly, catering rounds, tray delivery and retrieval, recording of intake/calorie counts, special requests, galley/floor stock maintenance, and nourishment delivery. Communicates directly with nursing to obtain updated diet orders.
