Job Description: Patient Dining Associate/Dietary Aide at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associate/Dietary Aide positions at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton, located at 1995 Highway 51 South, Covington, TN 38019. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: No prior experience required; willing to train. Pay rate is $14.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu choices, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary staff to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals, and retrieve trays as scheduled.
• Comply with regulatory standards, confidentiality policies, and HIPAA regulations.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and infection control procedures.
• Support dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Report issues promptly and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
