Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to handle front-office tasks and create lasting impressions for patients. You’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, balance deposits, and support the Manager in daily operations. The four-week training program and best-in-class benefits support career growth.

Must be 18+. This is a full-time on-site role in New Jersey.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service and care in line with policies and regulations.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
  • Support the Manager with daily front office tasks and assignments.

Salary: $18 - $22 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
