Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator in Virginia Beach. You’ll perform front office tasks, welcome patients, and support a positive experience from check-in to checkout.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program and help schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and balance deposits under the guidance of the Manager. A collaborative, patient-centered culture awaits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Time management, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Organize patient charts and verify insurance.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process payments.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
